Veterinary purchasing

Safe data repair

PeliPro creates the Firebase Authentication account and app profile together, and the temporary password must be replaced at first sign-in. Under the current directed access policy, new accounts do not enroll in MFA automatically.
Targeted MFA exceptions
Reviewer exceptions are granted only to a specifically selected read-only Viewer account.
Your administrator account remains MFA-protected, other users are unchanged, and new accounts continue to require MFA. To grant the documented board-review exception, find the named board member in the User directory below, make sure their access class is Viewer, then use Grant password-only reviewer access. The action revokes that account's sessions and writes a timestamped security-audit record.

Address autocomplete
Use Google Places to suggest U.S. mailing addresses while keeping every PeliPro address field manually editable.
Use a separate Google Maps Platform browser key restricted to PeliPro's website and to the Maps JavaScript API + Places API (New). The key is stored in authenticated PeliPro settings instead of the public repository.

One-time acknowledgment backfill
WWCC has confirmed that every gift already stored in PeliPro received a thank-you before this migration.
This administrator action marks every gift that existed at the migration cutoff as Sent. It records a permanent cutoff and does not affect gifts created afterward. The action can safely resume if a browser or network interruption stops it partway through.
